Once your purchase is complete, you'll automatically receive one entry into the draw, no additional forms or registration required.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Promoter:
The WIN A DREAM QUIVER! Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by Sharpeye Surfboards Australia.

Promotion Period:
The Promotion commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility:
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of Sharpeye Surfboards Australia, participating retailers, associated agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:
Purchase any full-priced Sharpeye Surfboard from an authorised Sharpeye Surfboards Australia retailer or online at sharpeyesurfboards.com.au during the Promotion Period to automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.

One (1) entry is awarded per eligible surfboard purchased.
Multiple entries are permitted, with one entry received for each eligible full-priced surfboard purchased during the Promotion Period.
Discounted, clearance or second-hand surfboards are not eligible unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive:

Two (2) Custom Sharpeye Surfboards in PU only (excludes board spray, epoxy, and or carbon technologies).
One (1) Ocean & Earth Travel Pack valued at AUD $500.

The total prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

Prize Draw:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 1 October 2026.

The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase. The retailer who conducts the transaction will collect purchaser's details on a printed receipt until the competition is drawn and finalised (first name, last name, phone number, email). Details will be collected. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

General Conditions:
By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities and grants Sharpeye Surfboards Australia permission to use their name, image and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy:
Personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Sharpeye Surfboards Australia Privacy Policy and used for the administration of the Promotion and marketing communications where consent has been provided.

Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Sharpeye Surfboards Australia, its employees, retailers, affiliates and partners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering this Promotion or accepting the prize.

Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
